These three boys are sweet as can be! Their daddy is serving overseas and thus the theme for the session was to pay tribute to the red, white, and blue! Thank you so much for all that you have done for our country! Our love and prayers are with you! Sneak peek of these cutie pies!

Sorry, I have been diverting my attention to the facebook fan page and have been neglecting the blog. Time to play catch up! Prepare for some crazy posting!

This is my nephew, Mason… almost 2. I haven’t photographed him since he turned one so I was so glad to be able to get his adorable face on the other side of my camera! I’m telling you, his eyes and lips are amazing! Such a heartbreaker! His momma told me about a pair of Dr Suess shoes she found and told her she had to get them and that we would plan his session around his shoes… haha. She informed me that she all ready ordered them! The planning was on! Next I noticed the canoe/boat in their backyard… score!!! Definitely wanted to use that! Now how can I stage an almost ‘2′ year old on a boat… ya… not gonna happen! We went with the flow and I was thrilled with what we captured! Meet Mason, my sweet nephew!

Way to go Cade, you really tore into it!!!

I can’t believe that Aiden is one! I last photographed him when he was three months old! I just can’t get over his eyes and his curls! It was such a blast to photograph him and to catch up with his parents! If you haven’t all ready seen the sneak peek on my facebook fan page, here ya go!

Thanks A and T for allowing me to capture these memories!

Christina: The picture of him kissing his mamma is just too sweet! What a cute little man.

April: they are so perfect in every sense of the word. We adore you Amy, and just love the work you do! God Bless You and the gift He has given you! xoxo

I can’t believe how much this little guy has grown. He definitely has his mama’s gorgeous eyes. I last photographed Grayson when he was a newborn and he is plastered all over my website. I love photographing him! I have so many favorites that his sneak peek is rather large. I wish that I could claim these props, but hi…s parents brought the most amazing items with them… they did the same at the newborn session. I told his mama that she must take me shopping with her. When I saw them pull out the “ugly chair” I was elated!!! Amongst other items that will fill their gallery, her antiques are amazing! Thank you so much S and J for allowing me to capture your son once again! It is a joy and a pleasure to watch him grow and capture these memories!

Home From North Dakota

July 26, 2010

Last weekend we packed our bags and flew out to my home state of North Dakota for my cousin’s wedding. We had a great time with family. and of course had to visit my Aunt and Uncle’s 100 year old farm. I wanted to take my daughter out into the golden wheat fields for a few pictures. Here are a few from our trip and my cousin’s wedding.

julie: Lovely! What a beautiful little girl in the field. Maybe a future in weddings:)

Meet Kinsley Hope, Her middle name of Hope has such significant meaning…. She has undergone so many hurdles and has beat all the odds. Truly a miracle and blessing to this family and it was an honor for me to capture it! Kinsley weighs just over 4 pounds and is the smallest baby I have photographed by a few ounces. She was born with a clubbed foot and will soon be fitted for her cast and again will be one more hurdle that she will overcome. She has an amazing big sister, Olivia whom is 4.5. I have discovered that 3-4 years old is probably one of my second favorite age to photograph! Olivia was so much fun! Thank you so much A and J for allowing me to capture your precious miracle and your gorgeous family! It was an honor!

This sweet hat came from etsy

I can’t believe Sadie is 3 months all ready. She is the sweet baby girl in my hanging branch image. She went from a curly tiny bendy sleepy newborn, to a smiley, wide eyed, happy baby! Amazing what a few short 13+ weeks can change!! Capture every moment of it!

jenn: That suitcase picture is just adorable !! Id hang that in my house, I love it so much !!
