Because I hardly do, and because I love this shot of my little girl… I wanted to share one of my own kiddies. My Rylee is the reason that I became passionate about photography. I wanted to capture every essence of her childhood. She is growing up soo much now. I need to pick up my camera more often on my girls as I have been lacking lately in doing so. This was taken in my new office room we are fixing up in the house. I love the natural light in here, the nice neutral walls…. makes for some great photo opps.

Meet Grayson, 10 days old, and one of the most amazing little newborns I have photographed to date. He slept the entire time for me and even allowed me to move him constantly from set up to set up without disturbing him at all. Grayson made my job easy today, thank you little man! I am so thrilled to be able to do something that I absolutely love. I enjoy capturing your memories and I can’t thank you enough for letting me be a part of it!
Sneak peek, enjoy!

My Clients brought some of their own props with them and I was completely drooling over them. I need to try to pick some of these up one day soon!

Lisa: Wow! Love them, of course. The wire basket is pretty cool. And the suitcase... awesome how they are so big and he is so small. Wonderful work as always. It is nice when they sleep so good for you.
seo: Good post mate!! Keep 'em flowing!
Kristi Smith: LOVE the luggage set-up! GREAT shot!!
Lisbeth: I agree with Kristi...love the luggage :)
Sandy: Beautiful pictures!! Beautiful baby!
Deb: Ahh, the luggage is ok..;) The baby is awesome! (ok, gramma is a bit biased.) Beautiful pics Amy, we are going to treasure these.
Shawna: Awwwwww.....these are adroable shots:) And GREAT props:) Awesome job AMY:)
I have had several clients in the past that are firefighters and I just love to incorporate that into their newborn session. I admire what they do to help protect each and everyone one of us. I dedicate this post to all the heros out there, Thank you for what you do for all of us!

One of my past newborn’s grandmother made me this adorable dalmation hat after I met her photographing her grandson and incorporating the entire ‘fireman’ theme. I’m so glad I was finally able to use the hat and I hope she gets to see this post! Thank you so much, isn’t it just the cutest?

heather Bauers: Oh man, the cutest dalmation I've ever seen!
Lisbeth: I could totally picture a red and black ladybug hat with antennae instead of ears...how cute would that be?!
There is nothing more refreshing than the newness of a child. Their tiny toes, their tiny fingers, their flaky new skin. They grow up so fast and these are the things that I would want to cherish forever. Wouldn’t you?

Lisa: Super Macro... love the detail!
Meet Ryder, 14 days old. Isn’t he just so handsome? He has gorgeous little lips. I had a wonderful time getting to know his family. He has one amazing big sister that I think is going to be such a huge help for mom and dad. Ryder fought hard to stay awake and succeeded for most of his session, but by the end, he finally gave in to the sleepy side and allowed me to capture some sweet moments of him!
Congrats M and L, thank you for letting me be a part of these memories! You have a precious baby boy!
Sneak peek, enjoy!

Malaika: ADORABLE. OMG!
Elaine: Wow!!! What a blessing! Mere image of heaven:-)
Lots of one year olds! You may recognize this beautiful girl as I have photographed her since she was only a few days old. I can’t believe how fast the year has passed and its soo amazing to watch these children grow. Logann has gotten to travel alot this year and just got back from Hawaii. How fun! That is definitely a destination on my ‘Must Visit’ list. Here is a sneak peek, Enjoy!

The bond between a mother and her son is so great. I can tell you that this mom loves her little boy more than words can express.

I sooooo love this vintage camera. My good friend Kristi got this camera for Christmas and we got together today to photograph our kiddies before my shoot. We had so much fun and I was so glad that she brought the vintage camera along. How perfect does this fit in with Yum’s attire? William, you rocked that camera!! He’s following in good footsteps! Thank you Kristi for coming over today, had a blast catching up with you!
